Perioperative Nursing Course - How to Apply | If interested in this exceptional opportunity to learn and grow, please complete the following:
- Experienced Registered Nurses - complete an online Employment Application for the Perioperative Nursing Course.
- Graduate Nurses - after completing the online Employment Application, please send the following application materials to the address below:

- Two references from faculty describing your clinical performance (Reference Form)
