Designed for new nursing graduates ready to apply their knowledge to practice, this structured educational program has interns working side-by-side with an RN preceptor to gain clinical experience. Once interviewed and hired for a specific unit, the internship begins with a two-week didactic portion followed by extensive clinical experience on the unit with a preceptor. Working side-by-side with an RN preceptor, you’ll share in the challenges that occur every day at our facility, while enjoying personal growth and skill advancement. Peer support, nurturing, and continuous feedback will be provided throughout the experience.
The internship is a full-time position with pay and benefits starting your first day of hire. Choices of focus include Critical Care, Intermediate Care, Medical, Surgical, Women's Health, Pediatrics and more. Upon successful completion, you will be offered a full-time RN position on the unit with a competitive salary and benefits package.
